Subject Matter Expert – English

WHY Global Services is seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in English with 3 to 5 years of expertise to provide in-depth knowledge, review content, and support educational and training initiatives. You will play a key role in content quality, accuracy, and learner engagement.

• Review, develop, and validate English language content for accuracy and clarity.
• Provide expert guidance on language usage, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Collaborate with content developers, trainers, and curriculum designers.
• Assist in designing assessments and evaluation criteria.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in English language education.
• Conduct training sessions or workshops when required.
• Ensure content meets educational standards and learner needs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an SME, content reviewer, or educator in English.
• Strong command of English grammar, syntax, and usage.
• Experience in curriculum development or instructional design is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality education.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
