Software Tester (Manual)

WHY Global Services is seeking meticulous Manual Software Testers with 2 to 3 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for executing manual test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with the development team to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Create, review, and execute manual test cases and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, and usability testing.
• Report test progress and results to the QA lead and project managers.
• Participate in test planning and requirement analysis.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Support the continuous improvement of testing processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
