Quality Analyst

WHY Global Services is looking for an experienced Quality Analyst with 5 years of expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You will be responsible for testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to enhance product performance and reliability.

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Document test results and provide actionable feedback.
• Participate in requirement analysis and review sessions.
• Assist in improving testing processes and tools.
• Track and report quality metrics to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA).
• Experience with manual and automated testing processes.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

• Certifications like ISTQB or CSTE.
• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation.
