Project Manager

WHY Global Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5 to 7 years of expertise to lead and manage technology projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards to meet business objectives.

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA.
• Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of proven project management experience in IT or technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
