Project Management Executive

WHY Global Services is looking for proactive Project Management Executives with 2 to 3 years of experience to assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring technology projects. You will support project managers in ensuring timely delivery and effective communication across teams.

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Communicate updates and escalate issues to project managers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in project coordination or management support.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
