• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain workplace harmony.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of progressive HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency with HR software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
