• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Handle routine employee queries and assist in conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager on various HR initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

• Exposure to payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Experience working in IT or technology firms.
• Basic knowledge of performance management systems.
